In particolare, si è parlato dell’uso criminale di sistemi crittografici e di cosa uno stato dovrebbe fare per difedendersi. Provo a dare un po’ di strumenti tecnici sulla questione, sperando di aiutare a capire la portata del problema – e anche le intenzioni politiche più o meno esplicite.
