Alt to Legend is a plugin for Wordpress 2.0 that allows you to display the ALT text of an image as its caption. Both the image and the caption are included in a box whose appearance is fully customizible through an option page in the admin panel; relative position of the image, position of the caption text and all characteristics of the border of the box are also customizible.
